USA Powerlifting Monsters Bash 2026

American Strength Training Center is proud to sponsor and host the 2026 USA Powerlifting Monsters Bash right here in Maplewood, Minnesota.

As a USA Powerlifting Silver Regional Training Center, supporting local powerlifting and providing a quality environment for sanctioned competition is an important part of what we do. Whether you’re stepping onto the platform or coming out to support the lifters, we’d love to have you at American Strength for the weekend.

Dates: Saturday–Sunday, October 24–25, 2026
Location: American Strength Training Center
1636 Gervais Ave, Maplewood, MN

Sanction: MN-2026-06
Lifter Cap: 100 lifters
Registration Fee: $120 — includes meet shirt
Registration Deadline: September 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST, or when capacity is reached
Division: Open — athletes age 14+ are eligible

The Saturday/Sunday lifting schedule will be released approximately four weeks before the meet. Registered athletes should be prepared to compete either day. Final flights will be released approximately 7–10 days before competition.

Awards will be given to the top three lifters by total in each weight class, along with Best Lifter awards based on the applicable USA Powerlifting formula.
