  • Yes, we offer day passes. For visitors in town, extended day passes are also available based on the desired duration of use. Feel free to inquire at the front desk for more details.

  • We offer a variety of coaching options. From general fitness, rehabbing an injury, competitive powerlifting, bodybuilding to mobility and nutrition coaching. Simply email us, and we'll schedule a convenient time for you to visit. During this consultation, we'll discuss your goals and needs, ensuring you're matched with the perfect coach to support your training.

  • Yes, all members and guests must be 18 years or older to sign our waiver and/or membership agreement. If you're under 18, your parent must accompany you to sign the necessary documents. Remember to bring a valid ID showing your age when using the facility.

  • Getting a membership or exploring training options is easy! Contact us via email to schedule a meeting or stop by the front desk for more information. We'll be happy to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have.

  • Absolutely! Guests are welcome to join by purchasing a day pass and signing a waiver upon arrival at the facility.

  • Certainly! We provide a couples membership for two individuals or a family membership for three or more members, all residing in the same household.

  • Yes, we do! Take advantage of our discounted student membership or opt for a convenient 3-month student membership for extended periods like summer vacation, payment is required in full. Feel free to visit the front desk for more details.

  • At American Strength we are not just a gym; we are home to many proud Veterans, Military, Law Enforcement, Fire and Public Service members. We offer a discounted membership as a thank you to all those who protect and serve.

  • There are NO enrollment fees, and NO maintenance fees. In the first year, a one-year contract is in place. Post the initial year, the membership transitions to a convenient month-to-month arrangement.

  • Simply send an email to ken@americanstrength.net with a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle. If you are still under your initial one-year contract, we also offer a buyout option.

COMPETITION + EVENTS SCHEDULES:

At American Strength, we host a variety of events throughout the year. During these occasions, the gym may be temporarily closed or operate with limited hours. Rest assured, we value your time, and we will provide advance notification to all members if an event is scheduled during regular business hours. Event details, including days and times, will be prominently displayed at the gym and published on our website well in advance. Your understanding and participation in these events contribute to the growing community at American Strength.

HOUSEKEEPING:

  1. Footwear Policy: To keep our facility clean, kindly bring a separate pair of shoes for use on the gym floor.

  2. Attire Guidelines: We appreciate appropriate gym attire for a comfortable and respectful workout environment.

  3. Recording Etiquette: If recording your training session, please be mindful of others in the vicinity.

  4. Professional Media: Any professional photos or videography must be approved in advance, and fees may apply.

  5. Coaching Sessions: If you're training with one of our coaches, please ensure to sign in on the training log upon arrival. Your cooperation helps us maintain a well-organized and enjoyable experience for all members. Thank you!
