COACHING WITH ANGELA

Bodybuilding and posing coaching is led by Angela.

As a natural bikini pro, OCB judge, and experienced competitor, she understands both sides of the stage—what it takes to build a physique and what judges are actually looking for.

Her approach is focused on:
• Building muscle through proper lifting technique
• Structuring nutrition to support physique goals
• Refining posing to highlight strengths and improve presentation

Every athlete is coached based on their structure, strengths, and goals—this is not a one-size-fits-all process.

Angela has competed in 10 shows and earned multiple posing and presentation awards, bringing a high level of detail and real-world experience into every athlete she coaches.
