Meet Zack, a dedicated fitness professional with eight years of coaching experience and over 4,000 hours of hands-on training. Certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist, NCI Level 1 Nutrition Coach, Pain-Free Performance Specialist, and Barbell Rehab Coach, Zack has worked with clients ranging from the ages of 14 to 85. His mission is to help people move better, feel stronger, and transform their confidence through intentional training.
Zack’s coaching philosophy centers on teaching clients to move with intention while mastering fundamental movement patterns that build lasting strength and mobility inside and outside the gym. His approach focuses on developing holistic programs that integrate training, nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset to help clients create a body they truly love living in.
Zack’s journey with American Strength comes full circle. He first joined the gym years ago as a member and client under Ken’s guidance. After gaining years of experience as a coach and leader in the fitness industry, he returns to the American Strength family to continue helping others reach their highest potential.
Focused on movement quality, strength development, and sustainable progress, Zack emphasizes learning and consistent execution in every session. His ability to combine corrective exercise principles with performance-based training ensures that each client experiences measurable growth in both physical ability and overall well-being.
