This is the event page for 2019 USA Powerlifting Land of 10,000 Plates Collegiate Invitational.

Sanction: MN-2019-16

This meet will be held at American Strength in Maplewood on December 7th, 2019. Lifting will begin at 9:00am and will be run in two sessions on one platform with a 70 lifter cap.

Awards will be as follows:

Collegiate Division: top three by total in each weight class.

One overall best male and female lifter by IPF formula.

One Overall best Team as determined by the combined IPF points of that teams highest 3 competitors (If there are at least two full teams).

Guest Lifters will be allowed to compete but will not be eligible for awards.

USAPL Memberships for 2020 can be purchased starting in November 2019
