Connor Wick is a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and competitive Powerlifter with a passion for helping people unlock their strength potential. He holds a degree in Exercise and Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Minnesota–Duluth, where he laid the groundwork for his career in fitness, performance, and health.
Sports and training have been a lifelong part of Connor’s story. Growing up, he played football, baseball, and basketball before transitioning fully into weight training in college. In late 2023, he took his passion to the platform, competing in powerlifting at the local, state, and regional level across both USAPL and WRPF. His experience as an athlete fuels his drive to coach others in the pursuit of strength, resilience, and performance.
Connor specializes in powerlifting, strength training, and mobile personal training. His coaching style is rooted in clear communication, individualized programming, and being present for his clients both inside and outside the gym. Whether you’re brand new to strength training, aiming to refine your technique for the platform, or looking to improve overall health and performance, Connor brings a balance of technical knowledge and genuine support.
At the foundation of his coaching is a belief that training is more than just sets and reps—it’s a tool for building discipline, confidence, and progress in all aspects of life. His goal is to meet each client where they’re at, adapt to their needs, and guide them forward step by step.
