I've been a personal trainer for about 4 years now. I got into fitness when I was 13 and it's been a passion of mine ever since. In and after high school I had people always asking for help and wanting me to train them. So 2 years later I got certified and started training full time at LA Fitness. I found I was also passionate about helping people. I left LA Fitness to become independent. I train on the side of my full time job and think of it as a hobby because I just enjoy doing it. I've helped people do just about everything. Lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, gain strength, become more agile, more explosive, improve cardiovascular capacity, and pretty much everything in between. People I work with not only train with me, but I give them full diets and training regimens to fit their needs, and I give them all the support they need.
