Kyle Milnes has been a personal trainer since 2004, and has a degree in exercise science. Kyle has been associated with American Strength Training Center since opening its doors in 2014. Kyle’s experience with strength training dates back to his high school and college years when he was training for football. After college Kyle started competing in powerlifting. He is ranked 15th in his weight class in the nation as a competitive lifter in USA Powerlifting (USAPL), and currently holds the USAPL Minnesota State Squat Record of 775lbs for his weight class, and also is a USAPL Club Coach.
Kyle is experienced at all levels of fitness training from the novice to the college athlete, focusing on using correct technique and developing high end performance. 1 on 1 training is Kyle’s specialty but he has also organized and ran large group training and summer camps for youth. He is highly dedicated to his craft and is always seeking to become better. Kyle says, “I feel it is extremely important for people to be physically and mentally strong. Before your body can be really strong, it needs to move fluidly. It is empowering to know that you are the only one that is going to set your limits.” Kyle wants to help you achieve your goals so that you can attain a better quality of life.
