Amber is a NASM certified personal trainer and strength coach with extensive knowledge and personal experience in
effective coaching, strength training, mobility and wellness. 

Amber's fitness journey began 12 years ago in a rushed attempt to get in better shape for a friend's beach wedding. 
Her goals have progressed through the years and ultimately led her to the mentally and physically challenging world of
power lifting. 

She is focused on helping you to navigate through the potentially intimidating and misunderstood landscape of building
strength.  She is driven to help more people understand their own ability to be strong and healthy. She has spent her entire career
coaching from the newbie to seasoned veterans.

Her business is an ever-evolving effort to provide clients with the tools and support needed to maximize their time
in making change happen. She also specializes in working with clients as they navigate pregnancy and postpartum fitness.
